• Contact form submissions: Name, phone number, email address and message content. Collected only when voluntarily submitted via the contact form at /contact.php.
• Server access logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL and pages accessed. These are standard server logs retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
• Cookies: A single first-party cookie (cookie_consent) stores the user's response to the cookie banner. No third-party tracking cookies are used. No advertising cookies are placed.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Contact form data is processed for the purpose of responding to the submitted inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject. Server log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining website security and diagnosing technical errors.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are permanently deleted. Server access logs are deleted after 30 days. Cookie consent records are stored locally in the user's browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

5. Data Sharing

No personal data collected through this resource is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to Czech law enforcement authorities if required by law.

6. User Rights
